Public grievances against central government departments soar to 2.1 million this year

About 478,139 complaints were received against the Department of Financial Services, pertaining to banking services, while the telecom department was the second among 88 central government departments, with 277,869 complaints, and the railways (Railway Board) received about 203,115 complaints.
