On Friday, all three major US stock indexes - the Dow Jones Industrial Average, S&P 500, and Nasdaq Composite - ended at all-time highs following a stronger-than-expected October jobs report. Sentiment also got a boost after Pfizer announced clinical trial results of a pill to treat Covid that cuts the risk of hospitalisation or death by 89% among vulnerable adults.
