The release of the draft bill titled Uttar Pradesh Population (Control, Stabilisation and Welfare) Bill, 2021, comes at a time CM Yogi Adityanath has said the government will bring in a new population policy for 2021-2030, which is expected to be announced on World Population Day on July 11.
