“The ministers, at the last meeting on December 30, asked us to suggest an alternative to repealing the three laws and think about the same. We have no such alternative. Let the government say tomorrow that they are repealing the laws and promise a new law on MSP and we will go home or we will escalate our agitation from January 6-January 26 as promised,” senior farmer leader Balbir Singh Rajewal told ET.
