Encouraged by its performance in the recent elections to the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, the party is hoping to hit another high in Kerala and Jammu and Kashmir. Punjab is another state where the BJP is eyeing an expansion on its own. It is also focussing on Kerala local bodies elections.
