​A raft of Indian short-video apps, such as Trell, Bolo Indya, Chingari and Mitron, have not been far behind, aggressively trying to fill TikTok’s big shoes. They have been downloaded by millions of users since the TikTok ban. The Google Play’s ‘Top Charts’ list also includes Indian apps like Moj, Roposo, and MX TakaTak.
